Our FIG tumble classes are competitive level classes for gymnasts aged 9 to 19 years. Classes are by invite only. Classes are between 2 and 3 hours each and gymnasts are expected to attend 4 times a week. Classes are lead by fully qualified British gymnastics coaches. All classes focus on developing tumble skills, speed, power and precision as gymnasts prepare for competitions. Gymnasts in our FIG classes will have opportunities to enter national and local competitions 4 - 5 times a year. Gymnasts under 14 should be accompanied to the main door where they will be met by a coach. Gymnasts should bring a small box to class with them to store their belongings ie shoes, water bottle etc. Gymnasts partipate in class bare foot. Gymnasts should attend class in leotard and can wear shorts with leotard if preferred. When ready to compete in competition gymnasts will require a competitive leotard and kit more information regarding this can be found on our website under product. Pick up at the end of class will be from either side entrance fire door or main door please check with coach at start of each session to confirm pick up location, gymnasts under 14 must be collected from the exit and parents should not wait in cars.
